Settings

The module settings include:

General settings

To configure general settings:

  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. In the search field of the next blade, type Customer to find the settings related to the module.
  3. Select General.
  4. In the next blade, configure the general settings:

  5. Click Save in the toolbar to save the changes.

Your modifications have been saved.

Import settings

To configure import settings:

  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. In the search field of the next blade, type Customer to find the settings related to the module.
  3. Select Import.
  4. In the next blade, enable or disable strong validation of address region:

  5. Click Save in the toolbar to save the changes.

Statuses

To add and edit statuses for various contact entities:

  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. In the search field of the next blade, type Customer or Contacts to find the settings related to the module.
  3. Select Statuses.
  4. In the next blade, configure the statuses:

    1. Set default status for a company or a contact:

      Default status

    2. Click Pencil to add or delete a status. In the example below, we add the Pending status to the Company entity:

  5. Click Floppy to save the changes.
